Before Marriage, my wife had health insurance policy. In that policy it is shocked to see the relation category such that her brother is the proposer and she is the proposed insured 2. Under proposed insured category, relationship with proposer, spouse category was selected and occuption category, housewife was selected. Not only that, in the nomination categroy also, the same thing is written in hand. Kindly advice me, whether it is a forgery before marriage. Can I represent the same issue to court to apply for divorce. Kindly help me I was psychologically depressed.
