Mr.X has filed an annulment case against his wife. Petition has been filed by the wife. On the first date Mr X and his wife meets in front of the judge . There the wife states that she has no problems for giving a divorce or getting an annulment . Next date wife doesnot files the issues. But on the next date of the actual proceedings she was present in the court.
My question is who will first be questioned by the lawyer? Mr X ,who has filled the case or the wife who is to disprove the allegations done by the husband Mr.X?
