Hi All,
I am framed in 498a, DP 3/4 and 323 act.
Now it is in mediation centre, where girl is stating not to continue marriage and demanding divorse.
They are asking money which will be paid to them on approval of Mutual Consent Divorce.
Please help me about the terms and conditions I should put in affidavit and the way to deal with it...
next date in court is on monday....

You need not to afraid of 498A and DV act. It is now in the mediation centre, if she is not interested why don't you go for compromise and dissolve the marriage, but she has to withdraw all the cases.
