I have an issue and i hope the lawyers here will guide me. I know a guy a through my friend for past two years. He works in DELL bangalore. I paid him 36000 rs for buying a new laptop from his company 2 months back. but still i dint receive it. whenever i ask him he says some excuses. i have all his mails and sms saying that he has bought the laptop and will send it. i have proof for money transfer to his account. can i file a case against him for cheating and how should i proceed. Please advice
