please help in leave distribution to new employees,
i have a employee who had joined the company in the month of June 07, he has completed his 6 monhts & he is been confirmed too.
as per the company policy all the leaves ( for next yr. ) calculations are done in the month of Jan. every year. EL, CL SL.
please help me how to go about it while giving the leaves to him.
e.g. do i have to calculate for his previous 6months leaves as well as for coming year leave included. or i have to give him only coming year leave as per the policy.
what is the law ?
