Hindu succession law

If the doughter dies  before 2005 and father dies after 2006 , then heirs of the doughter claim right in grandfather anchester's property?

to my knowledge there exists no rights

It is believed that deceased owner was Hindu and claimants are Hindu.

The property in the name of deceased grandfather may not neccessarily be ancestral.

Obtain mutation records with all link documents and show these to a very able counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters.

In case the property is ancestral the daughter may not have any share.
