hindu womans share in inherted property

father (A) and daughter of A (B)died before 2005 and both are born before 1947. can the legal heirs of daughter (B) claim share in intestete property of father (A)now.

Please contact with a local advocate and state facts of marriage, exact date of death the other class 1 legal heirs and he may issue notice seeking for partition if he is convinced of your rights.
