SURESH GODBOLE (ADVOCATE)     07 August 2012

History of section 2-a of the i.d.act

You have made it abundantly clear that Act is supporting the Labourers right  either thro conciliation or adjudication

BUT YOU PRESUME THE DEL:AY  For ADJUDICATION IS ON PPART OF  MANAGEMENT

ITS NOT SO

ITS THE PROCEDURES OF LABOUR COURT IS TO BE BLAMED OR YOUR ADVOCATE IS NOT PRESSING HARD BEFORE THE COURT TO ADJUCATE THE MATTER EVEN IF MANAGEMENT IS NOT APPEARING  AS PER THE EXISTING LAW

The reason for delay in adjudication lies elsewhere rather than Management WHO WILL LIKE THAT ADJUDICATION NEVER HAPPENS EVER
