1) Husband simply has to deny wife's allegations. Make sure you deny each and every thing explicitly.
2) It is wife's responsibility to prove her case after you have denied.
3) Husband only needs to have evidence or witness that counter any evidence presented by wife and to show that wife's statements do not have credibility. You do not need any clinching evidence. Creating reasonable doubt that wife could be lying is sufficient.
4) Wife won't get anything unless she can prove wrongdoing on your part. It is very difficult to prove cruelty etc.
5) You can drag a case like this in trail court and then appeals easily for 10 years or more. Don't worry about alimony orders. Wife will give up on case after 2-3 years and agree for mutual consent. This happens in 90% cases.
