RCR main petition filed by me HMOP , same ordered as exparte degree , after 500 days of delay wife filed set aside petition same allowed by family court, now she filed IA in sec 24 maintainece and sec 27 return of articles.
My query is : is it section 24 and sec 27 is maintainable as RCR ( Sec 9) is pending in court.

Where are you from ? once the petition filed by the petitioner then your duty is to file counter, you approch your lawyer and find the solutions

Shal i withdraw RCR petition as no solution for me , now they are asking for maintainece and return of articles in IA

Once the IA accepted by the court it implies you need to file counter . so with the support of your lawyer u act
