I need urgent help of you all good soul...
We have property trasnferred on the basis of charity to my grandparents around 100 years before, so no documentation done on that time (transferred done by a King to a saint) , now grand daughter of that king had file a case on us to returned that property to them , they have won the case also in lower court on the basis they are saying that we dont have any document in our favour and even they present to court that we are not leaving there , Court admit their plee and gave a decision against us mentioning that we are not owner of that land and king himself allow us to stay there and that property belongs to king so we not leggaly owner of that land...
Please share your view that how we can rescued from this situation...
