Our house and land is in the name of my mother. The house is very old and I wanted to construct the house. I am working in outside my native town. I have one sister who is married 8 years ago.
To construct the house we need Home Loan. My questions are:
a) Since the house and land is in the name of my mother , can I avail Home Loan in my name. My mother is House Wife with no income.
b) Since I am working outside my native , will I be able to avail loan in my native.
c) Property was in my father name and purchased by his own money and not through succession earlier and then by succession , my mother got it after my father death. When we construct house and as long as my mother is alive , will my sister by able to show any right in that property what so ever.
