Housing societiy irregularities

With due regards & respect, I am, being an Apartment Owner, interested to know whether there is any redressal for the irregularities being done by Apartment Owners Welfare Society, which is duly registered. How can I, as an A.O. of the complex, get the justice.

1.  Grievances related to Associations / Societies, can be addressed under the following :


a)  Compenent Authority (Registrar, Commissioner)
b)  Consumer Court
c)  Civil Court
d)  Criminal Courts
