How can i file a complaint regarding against the Presiding Officer of the DCDRF ?
He is not allowing certified copy application which i have filed before DCDRF, he wants to deprive me on account of limitations as i have to challenge his I.A. order in SCDRC.
Where to approach ?
What is the procedure ?
Any available remedy ?
