It is advisable to file a manual application for search @ TM office.

However, it is advisable to drop this Numeral Mark. Eventhough, numerals come under the perview of the mark. Numerals are prima facie not considered distinctive or capable of distinguishing as they are descripttive of the number of the articles. They are frequently used to indicate a particular quality / qautntity and also catalogue / batch number references. They can therefore be registered only upon evidence of user.
