How do i get the patta and chitta?

Hello All,

My  property is registered under my great great grandfather's name. now I want to transfer all the property's patta and chitta  to my name(since my father also expired before 15 years). I don't have death certificate for My grand father,my father and my grand mother even I don't have birth certificate for me.

My question is how do i proceed to transfer the property under my name?

thanks in advance for your guidance!

Apply death certificate of your grand father and after obtaining it. Apply for legalheirship certificate. With that you can change the name in patta...

Sure it is yours. Apply for death certificate. if your grandfather had already made settlement deed for you, with that document itself, you can change the name in patta/chitta. It is very easy in your case.
