Dear Sir,
I am a student who applied for an institution funded by central government coming within the juridiction of Madurai bench of Madras High court.
I was an applicant to the PG program and I found the selection to PG program of the institution was arbitary. I have sought some more details under RTI act to firm up my legal recourse.
I intend to approach Madurai bench of Madras High court to quash the admission list and admit myself.
Is it possible through writ?
As the selected students have already joined, how much time it takes for Madurai bench of Madras High court to dispose off my writ?
