Hi all,
My father and his brothers have some plots in Andhra Pradesh. We have divided the available plots into each ones shares. Our share of plots had been registerd with a Sale cum GPA on my mothers name. Now my question is that " How secure is holding this Sale cum GPA". Will my cousins have right to revoke the Sale cum GPA or will there be any problem for our plots in either of the persons death who involved in giving or taking the Sale cum GPA ? If not secure, what should we do to make them secure.
