I have 39.5 gunthas of land in Karjat , Raigad , Maharashtra. I would like to add my wife's name in my 7/12 as a joint holder of the land. Is it possible ? and if yes what is the procedure ?

(1) you give a application at tahshildar office for that with all documents of your and your wife.
(2) you give one application with affidavit for add your wife name in 7-12 records.
(3) if you sold or gift 1/2 share of your property to your wife name thenafter your wife name enter in 7-12 records.
