How to challange unequal distribution of property done ?

1:- we are four brothers , my younger brother manged to get a parental property alone by some means , The property need to be divided among all four sons of mother .

My mother is alive & she is saying I have given him .

So whats is the procedure to challenge this parental property , As this plot was quite old & bought by my Grand father not by my mother ...
