Hi Sir/Madam,
I just want a information about name change.
Currently my Name is Kannaiah Esunuru. I just want to change it meshack Esunuru.
Can any one guide me how to change my name legaly? What is the procedure for name change.
Also advice that, if name changed, whether i need to change all educational certificates, Bank account name,Pasort etc...?
Pls advice..

You can change your name. Your local RDO's (Revenue Divisional Officer) office will give you a form, fill it and pay the prescribed fees. Your change of name will be published in official Gazette and you will be required to publish in prescribed news papers about the change of your name.
Your name will get changed prospectively - Your past records will contain your old name only but you can add your new name as alias in them after your new name is Gazette notified or you can leave them as it is and continue using the new name in new records that you are going to create.
