Hello Sir,
I'm planning to purchase BDA approved flat. The property which I gonna purchase "Builder is saying it is BDA approved". Please tell me how I can check whether flat is BDA approved or not.
(Location of flat is Electronic city Phase-1)

First of all, for bda to approve your flat, the village/area should come under bda jurisdiction. Ask the builder for bda approval no then verify the same in bda
Or
Go to a lawyer who deals in property related matters

@Anand it comes under BDA jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, where I can check permission applicable to construct "Number of floor"(High Rise permission)?

check for no of floors in the approved plan from bda
