My wife filed wrong FIR against me with section 323 & 506 in delhi and also put DV case against me 3 months back. Matter went to court and they refered us to mediation centre. Mediation done and MOU signed on condition that she will withdran her complaint in next date of hearing. Now our next date is in Sep'18 in which I hope that case will get closed. I need to understand will that FIR will close automatically by police or I need to carry some other procedure as I learnt that FIR cant be cancelled. Also advocate suggested me to go for FIR quash in high court. What shall be the right direction to follow. Thanks
