Sir, my name is yovelu from hyderabad region, a person made GPA with me, i was missed to make sale deed , but i want to sell the property to third party , so..any chance to transfer of GPA to SALE DEED ? i know that i deceived by him , what is the way to make transfer, am waiting for valuable advice...please

G.P.A. and SALE DEED both are different documents. Power of Attorney is a legal document made for authorising another person to do a particular act or certain acts as prescribed in the power of attorney document. GPA .Sale deed is the legal document executed by the seller , and narrates a sale of a particular property, owned by the seller, and transferring the ownership and possession to the buyer.
