Dear Sir,
I am considering a name change. But I have seen that many of the govt. job or college form specifically require the name written on 10th certificate (For example, Civil Services, UPSC and Master of Business Laws from NLU Bangalore). So I wanted to know how to deal with them. Will I still be using my old name in such forms?
