I have received copies of fir, chargesheet, 161 statements......now i want case diary maintained by police to scrutinize and find contradictions, how can i get those? is there any other documents which i can ask, i just want to compare all these and find contradications as i know there must be some faults in false case.

The contradictions are made from statements u/s 161 and not from case diary. You cannot get the case diary under the law.

I read it somewhere on lawyersclubindia.com itself that the accused can apply for case diary under RTI
