How to get Chennai Family Court Judgement

Since when Indian Courts started sending certified copy of Orders / Judgment by email that also to a party !
It is a news for me, though looking at various judis.nic.in websites of various State HC's / District Courts I could not locate the "email funda" you guided as reply above to question seeker. Kindly advise if this is a new Notification / Rules of a particular State HC ?
