Ground 28: Wife not performing laundry and hygiene duty at matrimonial home and forces husband to wear rotten smelling socks to work ! Held cruelty to husband.
Reasoning: Keeping Hygiene in matrimonial home and especially that of her husband is wife’s paramount ‘DUTY” hai ki nahi?
Standard of proof required: Yehi sirf eik cross examination ka question hoga – HAA kahati hai toh bhi divorce aur NA kahati hai toh bhi divorce milega husband ko hi. Aab yeh maat kahana kaamwali ka yeh kamal tha – waisey apki Snow white today in other thread post mei likh rahi hai ki MIL jab DIL atti hai toh on second day of marriage hi kaam wali ko nikal deti hai taaki sara ghar ka kaam kanane wali DIL karey…..
