Hi,
I took an agriculture land in Bangalore, in Anekal taluk. We registered (though it is illegal in that area)
Recently owner got the DC conversion of whole site including our site. He got conversion certificate for the whole site.
Now I am looking to get khata for the site I have taken from owner.
I met in panchayat office, they said to get DC conversion from owner and plan from planning authority.
Again he said it is illegal you can't get khata for that site.
Please let me know how to get khata for that site.
THERE IS NO ISSUE FROM OWNER.
1. Do I need to go for another registration of the site again(it is not illegal in Anekal taluk)
or
With our sale deed document I have(though it is illegal) I can apply for khata.
Please let me know HOW I SHOULD GET KHATA OF THAT PROPERTY.
