You may file an RTI application, with the, concerned police station, requesting the information about NC filed against you.

Also write on application LIFE OR LIBERTY CLAUSE in which information has to be provided within 48 hours and also seek copy of FIR also as certified copy.

Have you been summoned by police ? If so, you are entitled for a copy otherwise, presumably no case is made out.
