Hello Sir/Madam,
(1) X left one organization A & joined another organization B.
(2) X submitted Form-13 in B to transfer the EPF amount from A (Private Trust) to B.
(3) But before this transaction is completed successfuly, X joins another organization C & submits Form-13 in C to transfer EPF amount from B to C.
Now X got confirmation from EPFO of B & C that the amount from A->B has not been submitted because before that X's PF account with B got settled.
Now in this scenario how the accumulated PF amount in A should be retrieved ?
Please help.
