Very recently for a CRLP petition filed by me Public Prosecutor filed a counter in which he mentioned two statements that are wrong and have influenced the judge in making decision.
I want to know if i can get written answer/ clarification from Public Prosecutor about the basis for those statements.
If i dont seek clarification and make corrections in the long run these statements will create enough damage.
Please let me know if there are any sections in crpc that i can use under which i can file petition to get clarification from Public Prosecutor or judge?
Please guide me.
