How to stop excuse of 498a date by other party

My in-laws reported court in 498a case. They have submitted an application under 205 for excuse from appearing in court for case and said my advocate is wholly allowed to proceed further in court proceedings. Court has said to in-laws you have to take bail then only you will be heard. Case date is shifted to two months later. Sirs, how long they will do this to extend the court dates. Is there any way to counter this delay? Can court excuse them from appearing in court even after bail?

Sir, please advise me to bring things in my favor.

 Thank you in anticipation

Conviction does not happen overnight ..

Have faith in your lawyer and proofs which you have and be prepared for long battle with full patience.

Complainant have their legal rights so does accused have..they will obviously try to use remedies available to them you try with remedies available to you..
