how to take stay order

My neighbor doing construction of boundary wall on my area.
i can't take stay order because of lockdown.
what can i do now.?

Immediately contact a local capable and reliable Lawyer through whom you may approach Court who shall be in a better position to help you based on local circumstances.

Whether lock down or otherwise, you can file a petition under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of CPC either by filing online application if the courts are closed and only virtual hearings are allowed or by filing the application in the receiver box kept by the courts outside the gates of the court for the purpose. 

Have you contacted your advocate for this purpose, if not do it immediately,  you will be guided properly as per the situation prevailing at your end.
