How to win child custody case

Please help me(father) by letting me know how to win a child custody case of my child(boy)7 years old currently staying with me and mother staying separately.

There is no stereotyped formula for winning any case. Every case should be handled as per its own facts and as per the requirement of its circumstances. Give all the facts in details to your lawyer so that he/she can take proper steps and defence as per the requirement of the case.

The case may only be win when it is existing in the court , let anyone of you to file the case , fight it on the bases of fact , circumstances and evidences .

as explained above yes to win a case it should be handled accordingly by the lawyer with indepth knowledge of the facts and you should give full details to win the case
