He applied diverce case in Jan 2013 and he is not in Inida. what happens if he didnt attend the hearing. Can i ask judge he shouldnt go out till my case is completed? i yes,..what is the procedure.
If he didnt attend the hearing, will thay case come to close?...Pls advice.
