Husband file for divorce in family court

Dear Sir/Maa'm,

My friends Husband file for Divorce in Family Court, reson she left her husband home due to misbehaviour of her Father in law, her husband & her Mother in Law & Sis in Law. Just after a week or 10 days of her marriage her inlaws ask for all her ornaments & when she refuse to give them, they all started abusing her and her family. Her husband encourage his family to do all this & he never take any step to correct it, they show themself very cultured family outside but at home they are very cheap people, her father in law take intrest in all her private matters, there was no privacy at all, finally she left home and started living in pg alone.

Now her husband file for divorce and she dont want to give divorce at all.

Can they get divorce forcefully?

No he cannot even he cannot file divorce in the family court until to complete one year of your marriage, but i suggest you set aside your ego sit both the husband and wife together and amicably sort out your differences, there is nothing in making unnecessary litigations on eachother and spoils to many precious years of your life in it, finally you both will not get anything, try to solve and save your married life, for that you can take help of your parents, relatives from both sides, middle man etc .

Dear Sir,

They got married on 22nd Nov'15 only, and just in a month Husband & his family shown theie true face & compel her to leave there home. Just two days back on 3rd April'16 she got a letter from family court for divorce.

One more queries I have, Can a wife share any of her private matter with her husband or not, as per her father in law she should not share any private matter with husband, she should share with mother in law or sis in law.

Husband is 36 years old and as per his parents he is child and he donrt know any thing, so She should not share any thing with her.

this is not a valid reason for obtaining divorce, his case will not maintainable in the court and be dismissed soon .
