I do not have the judgement copy for marriage annulment

Hi,

Marriage was annulled in 2005 in the Chennai family court.

I did not attend the final hearing and due to differences with my lawyer, I was not posted a copy of the judgement as I do not reside in Chennai.

I assume the marriage was annulled because the OP has gone ahead and married another guy. How do I obtain a copy of the judgement?

Thanks.

apply in the court for a certified copy of the judgement of your case if you have the case number and year

and also you can check if the website is there check from the google website

a certified copy will be given after paying a nominal fees within say a week

Since I am not conversant with the local language there, I was asking this question.

I though I had to approach the Registrar. So I need to approach the Copying Department.

Thanks.
