I would like to transfer property in my wife’s name

I purchased land from Builder; builder did POA on my name.

After 5 years I gave same land to builder to construct apartment and agreed to give 2 flats to me.

Development agreement Registered and previous POA cancelled, all original documents given to Builder including Dev. Agreement and previous POA.

Now builder constructed apartment and given 2 flats to me,

In future if I want sell what documents required, after development agreement I did not do anything.

I would like to transfer this property in my wife’s name

Could you please advise?

Get the flats registered in your name or in your wife's name.

If the property is and self acquired by you then you can enter into a Development Agreement with the Builder. After development if you want ot mute in your name in Municipality record and want to sell the property then you need Title deed of your own, possession letter from the Bulider and sanctioned plan by the Municipality,no need to register your own allotted portion(flat). You can tranasfer your flat to your wife by a registered deed of Gift.

Sir,

All original documents given to Builder (Registered Developement agreement) I paid Total Registration amount , Do I need to take return Developement agreement?

There should be two original copies of every agreement between two parties.
