Illegal imprisonment for 27 DAYS under fabricated IPC 306 an

Under the Provisions of CrPC and Constitution, it is mandatory for the Police to present such arrested person before the Magistrate within 24 hours of arrest, excluding necessary delay.

I reccomend you to go ahead and file a writ petition of habeus corpus in the High Court. Engage a capable legal counsel who shall assist you well through the process.
