I live in a housing society in Charkop Kandivali. One society member has given his flat out on rent, but he has been parking a four-wheeler vehicle in the society premises, that is not registered in his name.
He has been requested by the society not to park his vehicle as he is not staying in the building and since the vehicle is not registered in his name. But he is unwilling to comply.
The managing committee seems to be unwilling to take any affirmative action as they may fear any repercussions. Seeking learned advice as to how to handle this situation, so it can be resolved amicably.
