Illegal possession of the property

My name is Rohini. I reside in Canada. I own a property in Hyderabad which is illegally occupied by my sister-in-law without our permission. She has filed case U/s 498a of Dowry harassment and domestic violence. My parents and my brother came to Canada last year, locked the property and gave the keys to security guard to give it to our trusted person. She took the keys from him and occupied the property knowing that all family members are in Canada. My brother do not want to live with her. At present, my mother went to India and she is staying at my friend's place while my sister-in-law is enjoying the property for free. I am the legal owner and I have added my mother's name as well. I would like her to vacate the property. Please advice.
