Our is a FMCG Trading Company. Can we able to adopt the Sales Promotion Employees (Condition of Service) Act, 1976 and Rules to our Sales Personnel who are drawing salary as Sales Promotion of Rs. 6500 to 4000 (Nett). (2) According to the said Act, the said Sales Personnel are eligible for registration under PF Act? Is it mandatory or not?
