Importance of exhibit paper from the court

Dear sir/madam,

A title Appeal was filed by my maternal grandfather in our behalf being minor. He has exhibited some documents from court through his lawyer. Now, my maternal grandfather is not alive and those papers are not traceable. The court demands those exhibited papers. Though we have submitted the certifide copy of same documents issued from record room but still there is a demand of exhibited documents. The court may dismiss the Appeal based on this ground.

Can our right be suppressed on this ground? Please help me in this issue

If you have obtained those documents from a different court as certified copies, then you may once again approach the same court to get the copies once again and produce it before the appellate court and seek adjournment of the hearing until then.

What is your advocate's opinion in this regard.

This is a practical issue which should be sorted out based on the circumstances prevailing at your end
