A relative has filed a suit for parition of property. A land delaer with links to local politician has been trying to acquire it at low cost. My uncle is not interested in selling the property. He has now got to know about this case and it turms out someone has accepted notice on his behalf and not filed any statement.

We suspect that the officials are working hand in glove with this land dealer and some crony of the dealer is impersonating my uncle.

1.What process is used to server notice- registed post or a court officer? I heard something about an Ámeen'who handles this matter.

2.What is the process for complaint and to whom? My uncle wants to get to the bottom of how someone could accept a notice that was to be served to him
