in my sister marriage before marriage i have given some money and jwelary at tilak or sagai ceremony but they refused it i can file a criminal case against him

in my sister marriage before marriage i have given some money and jwelary at tilak or sagai ceremony but they denies to accept i can file a criminal case or not to probe it
