Inam land can neither be sold nor purchased, however, if any such transaction has been done, it is invalid and illegal.

You will have to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding to defend you.

Although it is correct that Inam Land can neither be sold nor purchased but without going through papers it can't be opined that your land comes under the purview of Inam Land or not so better consult to local lawyer for further necessary action.
