Actually as per my opinion Sir The increment is the rule of the appropriate body under which you are working is the is any rule that you are not come for increment before the completion of the six months than you can not ask for the same.  However if there is any provision that you can claim before the period of six months than you can claim otherwise not, thanks

In accordance with the provisions contained in Rule 10 of the CCS (RP) Rules, 2008, there will be a uniform date of annual increment, viz. 1st July of every year.  Employees completing 6 months and above in the revised pay structure as on 1st of July will be eligible to be granted the increment.
