Information need please

Dear Sir,

                     I have completed my service 5 years six months and I did not get my graduity money from my company after 30 days of resignation and even they did not informed me anything so far and they telling to apply for PF. If I apply PF without getting my gratuity money, can i get my gratuity in the future or the company abscond the money or both will come together.please let me know.

it is your right to get your gratuity with of without applying for PF. there is no connection with these two Act.

 u should file a case before the controlling authority for payament of  ur gratutiy, employer is ilable to pay it with interest, is not paid ot within 30 days of regination.
