Information regarding any judgment of appx court -- fixation of pay in revised pay scales

I am AP State Government Pensioner having Retired from Service as Superintendent on 31-12-2017. -- Government of Andhra Pradesh gave Interim Relief @ 27% on Basic pay / Basic Pension w.e.f., 01-07-2019 -- The Government of AP., appointed Pay Revision Commissioner, The Pay Revision Commissioner gave his Report with his Recommendations -- Government of Andhra Pradesh not considered the Recommendations of Pay Revbision Commissioner -- Not given copy of the Report of Pay Revision Commissioner to the Union Leaders who were called for meeting on implementation of Revised Pay scales -- Ubruptly fixed Pay with fitment of 23% -- Less than that of 27% of Interim Relief alredy given -- So It is requested to COMMUNICATE THE COPY OF THE jUDGMENT OF APPEX COURT if ANY -- wherein it WAS DECIDED THAT GRANTING FITMENT below the INTERIM RELIEF GRANTED while FIXING THE PAY / PENSION OF EMPLOYEES / PENSIONERS in Revised Pay Scales

The Union is having many links and working relationships with the Advocates (and also insiders are their own brothers). Because there was no precedent, they are not bringing pressures. If there is an agreement between the employees and State Govt., let them file writ for a mandatory serving of such report to the concerned party. Unless the report is presented in Assembly it is always a confidential document. Let the Opposition demand production of such a report in the Assembly, and then any citizen can get such a document under RTI Act.
